Online Internet access: Retrieve your critical information anywhere, anytime. Golfistics allows members and guests to access the Club’s course schedule and make reservations. Every new reservation is shown instantly on the Club’s administration console with critical information related that reservation. Only Golfistics provides you with reports, statistics, reservations, preferences, player’s profiles, all live, all real-time!!!

Flexible: Adjust Golfistics to your specific Golf course needs. Set up initial tee times, time interval between starts, tournament type, define reservation blackouts, weather conditions and every fine setting for complete course administration.

Easy to use: You can now create tournaments and practice rounds with ease, make reservations, configure multiple courses and playing modes, print scorecards (including hole handicaps), instant leader boards, generate Match Play draws, print and publish results, etc. Golfistics is easy to use, yet sophisticated in its capabilities.

Intuitive: A quick look at any screen will give you a full understanding of the system. Moving between screens is intuitive and fast. Administrators will use icons and color guides, making their tasks easy and enjoyable.

The individual golfer can set up their golf statistics as being available to other members or not. Multiple Round Choices: Select one mode for today’s round: Medal, American Fourball, Classic Fourball, Classic Foursome, Chapman, Stableford, Aggregate Fourball, Choice, Eclectic, Match Play, Rankings, Scramble, Best Ball and more! The administrator can set a multi-day (18, 36, 54, 72 holes), multi-mode tournament with ease.

Scorecard input: Golfistics will help the administrator complete the scorecards correctly, every time. At the same time, the reservation control panel will provide color coated updates that informs the administrator about how many scorecards are left to be completed.

Statistics reports: Golfistics delivers the most complete and sophisticated array of statistics and analysis reports. Thousands of reports can be automatically generated. The user can review their performance on one specific hole compared to players with the same handicap. The administrator can now analyze hole difficulty by handicap, gender, age groups, etc. The Club Pro can keep track of improvement of the players. These are just a few examples of what Golfistics can do to promote the joy of playing golf.

Members and Guests databases: Golfistics keeps track of vital statistics of every player. Improve course information by generating reports regarding course usage by age group, handicap, sex, day of week, etc.

Starter Assistant: This control panel is updated every minute and displays the names and handicaps of the players next to tee off. In addition, Golfistics can print their scorecards.

Handicap forecasting: Golfistics will analyze the user’s scorecards and prepare a forecast with the user’s future handicap. This analysis is made immediately after a new scorecard is entered into Golfistics.

Enter optional information: The members can enter additional information about their round. Some examples include number of putts, out of bounds, greens in regulation, caddie’s name, weather condition, etc.

Keep track of scorecards played outside the Club: Club members can enter scorecards from other courses played. scorecards. The member therefore can keep track of their complete golf history and Golfistics will use this information to calculate a more precise handicap for them.

Guests are welcome: Guests can access Golfistics, analyze their play at the course and compare that against Club members. Golfistics’ functionality for guests use is limited, yet powerful.

Reduce drastically phone calls to the Golf office: When entering the Golfistics system, the user will be informed about their reservations, other players in their group, weather conditions, Administrator’s messages, etc. Therefore, the user’s need to call the Golf office will drop off dramatically.

Survey and Polling system: Need to ask your members an important question? Simply create a questionnaire and select the start and end time for completing the survey. The questionnaire will appear on the user’s main screen where it can be completed quickly. Golfistics will automatically keep track of all the finished surveys.

Private tournaments: Every player can easily set up private tournaments. The player simply defines the tournament duration, the play mode, applies handicaps, the tournament rules and the invited golfers. Golfistics will generate the leader board, game history, and all the information and statistics for the tournament.

Administrator’s "link" of the day: The administrator can set up a link to any site that could be of general interest.

Golfistics usage statistics: Golfistics provides a full set of reports that shows how, when and how much Golfistics is being used. Reports by day and month are provided.

Blackboard content administration: Easily add news, messages, sponsor’s images to the user’s welcome screen.

Send scorecards to your Golf Association: Just press a button and Golfistics will prepare all the information required by your Golf Association. When the Association returns the member’s updated handicap, the file is easily loaded into Golfistics and updates the database. These two simple administrative tasks will save you tons of paperwork !

Ranking Tournament subsystem: Golfistics’ Ranking subsystem allows the administrator to give points for specific player achievements such as points just for playing; points for birdies, eagles, etc.; points for best card of the day, best net score, etc. Golfistics will keep track of the points awarded over a previously defined period of time and generate a Ranking Leader board.

Match Play Draws: The administrator can create Match Play draws for up to 128 players based on previous tournaments or from scratch. The administrator has total freedom to change the draw anytime.

First and last tee time: Golfistics uses longitude and latitude information to calculate and inform members about sunrise and last possible tee time before sunset.

Suggestion Box: Every member can send comments and suggestions. All suggestions are recorded and Golfistics keeps track of responses and/or actions taken.

Required subscription tournaments: The administrator can set up a tournament that requires subscription. Golfistics members’ main screen will display a subscription form and the members can decide whether they want to play in the tournament.

Golf Cart administration: Golfistics can administer the entire Club’s golf cart inventory. The System will keep track of maintenance work, cart usage, maintenance schedules, etc.

Forestry Inventory and Tracking: Golfistics will keep track of every tree on the course and schedule tasks concerning the maintenance tasks to ensure the continued grandeur and, therefore, value of the course. Tasks may include, but not limited to, tree removal, relocation, trimming, fumigation and control of harmful tree diseases.
